Here is the list of the recommended hotels. They are all in Kraków’s district of Kazimierz and only a few hundred meters away from one another.

Here are the conditions and rules of reservations:

• The prices you can see on this website are promotional prices, exclusively for the guests of The Leonard Cohen Event 2010.
• To book a room you need to contact the hotel directly and give the password: Leonard Cohen Event 2010.
• The conditions and rules of the bookings may differ and depend on each hotel. Usually, the hotels will require your credit card number.
• For the hotels, the basis for the verification of the guests of the Event will be the participants’ list at leonardcohenevent.info/registration/participants-list.
• The hotels mentioned here have booked rooms for the Event’s participants at the lower price for the period of 5-9th August 2010. You’re also welcome to stay longer in Kraków.
• This offer takes effect till 1st April 2010.
• All the prices given are gross prices.
• The organizing committee does not participate in the bookings and does not take responsibility for accommodation. Since we are in contact with the recommended hotels, we are offering our assistance in case of problems.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Cohenites of the world, friends,

Continuing the tradition of international meetings for Leonard Cohen fans I have the pleasure to invite you to the next Leonard Cohen Event which will take place in Krakow, Poland on 6-8th August 2010.

Krakow, in contrast to the previous cities, is not a place which had the privilege of becoming a hallmark in Leonard Cohen’s life or career. Though it is probable Cohen has never visited Krakow, still you can find here places which are not unlike those connected with our Artist. Krakow is a city of culture, a city that never sleeps, a city of artists, students (and … tourists), the district of Kazimierz is an important centre of Jewish culture. Cohen simply fits here.

We assume that the programme for the Krakow Event will be largely based on programmes of the previous events. We are planning concerts, an open-mic session, sightseeing, small gifts, but, first of all, we would like this event to be an opportunity to meet like-minded old friends and acquaintances from all over the world, like-minded also with Leonard Cohen.

The organizing Committee of The Krakow Event is now accepting registrations! There are several reasons why you should book as early as possible: The Event takes only 300 participants (because of the capacity of the venue). After 300 paid reservations the registration will be closing.

The Event is an international gathering of fans, NO LEONARD COHEN CONCERT!

200 first early birds will receive a real collectors’ item: Leonard’s limited edition book “Artworks” with more than 50 of his self-portraits, drawings and paintings in full color. The books were donated by Leonard and his management.

If you for some reason have to change your plans and cannot come to Krakow, you may cancel (see refund policy) or hand over your reservation to another person.

The Event fee of 100 eur includes everything that happens during the weekend (except food, accommodation, optional sightseeing tours).

We update the list of confirmed participants immediately after the confirmation from payment system.
